CallsApp makes it simple to make any outbound voice or video calls to any other CallsApp users for free anywhere around the world. You may call any mobile or landline number, with the tariff appearing for the destination as soon as you select the destination number.
To make a call, go to the “Calls” tab and select a number from your phone book and press the “Call” button. You may also use the “Dial Pad” button on the bottom right of your screen and enter a phone number of your choosing. To make a video call, press and hold the “Green” button to trigger the menu. Our in-built T9 Smart Dialler is utilized in order to maximize your user experience.
Like our outbound calls, CallsApp also allows you to receive voice or video calls from any of our CallsApp users. By getting a phone number with us, you are able to receive voice calls from any mobile or landline phone number from around the world for free.
Answering inbound calls is the same as answering any regular inbound calls from your mobile phone.
One of CallsApp’s many complimentary business features is the ability to transfer an existing voice call to any CallsApp user or to any mobile or landline phone number.
In order to transfer a current call, press on the “Transfer” button and select the destination number from your phone book or manually through the dial pad.
Call swapping and merging
Another aspect of our complimentary business features is the ability to interact with several inbound voice calls simultaneously. Thus giving you the ability to swap between calls, merge, or swap between calls at any point in your conversation.
To merge calls, press on the 3 dots menu on the upper right of your screen and select “Merge”. To split your calls, select either “Private” or “Cancel” on your screen.
Conference call creation is another vital attribute of CallsApp’s complimentary business features, allowing you to create a voice conference call with any CallsApp user or any mobile or landline phone number.
To activate a conference call, begin by calling a single member of your group, then add the other participants one by one by pressing the “Conference” button on your screen. This will allow you to add up to 5 users to your conference call.
A plethora of call forwarding scenarios are available to CallsApp users through our complimentary business features. Through our app, you are able to forward any inbound calls to another user or to any mobile or landline phone number.
To set up call forwarding, press on your “Account” tab and find the “Receive Calls” button. On this page, you will find the “+” button on your upper right which will allow you to select from a wide variety of forwarding scenarios.
Call Recording within CallsApp allows you to record all inbound and outbound calls. These calls are then stored locally on your device, giving you the access to listen and share your recordings.
To turn on Call Recording, press on your “Account” tab and move the toggle of “Call Recording” to the right. To manage your recordings, press directly onto the “Call Recording” button.
This feature routes incoming calls based on the time of day, day of the week providing different responses to after-hours calls, weekend calls and holiday calls. Various messages may be played to a caller according to company work hours and call flow.
